Email Setup Guide – Mozilla Thunderbird

In order to configure your email settings for Mozilla Thunderbird, please follow the guide below;

1. Launch Mozilla Thunderbird
2. Click ‘Tools – Account Settings’
3. Select your existing Aindale email account
4. Select ‘Server Settings’
5. For ‘Incoming mail server’ use mail.ktdbroadband.com
6. For ‘Outgoing mail server’ use mail.ktdbroadband.com
7. Enter the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ provided to you (The ‘Username’ is your full email address)
8. Tick ‘Remember Password’
9. Ensure SSL is turned off for POP and SMTP
10. Ensure POP port is 110
11. Ensure SMTP port is 25
12. Click ‘Ok’
13. If you get any errors, verify the information you entered and test again. Otherwise, please get in touch with our Technical Support team who will be happy to assist you.
