Email Setup Guide – Outlook
In order to configure your email settings for Outlook, please follow the guide below;
- Launch Outlook
- Click ‘File – Account Settings – Account Settings’
- Select your existing Aindale email account
- For ‘Incoming mail server’ use mail.ktdbroadband.com
- For ‘Outgoing mail server’ use mail.ktdbroadband.com
- Enter the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ provided to you (The ‘Username’ is your full email address)
- Tick ‘Remember Password’
- Untick ‘Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)’
- Click ‘More Settings’
- Go to the ‘Outgoing Server’ tab
- Choose ‘Use same logon as Incoming’
- Click ‘Ok’
- Click ‘Test Account Settings’
- If you get any errors, verify the information you entered and test again. Otherwise, please get in touch with our Technical Support team who will be happy to assist you.
